Our great two bedroom apartment, ideal for up to 6 guests, consists of an open equipped kitchen, a living/dining room that comes with a double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with two double beds, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment features a washing machine, an uncovered parking space, A/C at an extra weekly cost (60 eur a week) and the building is equipped with an elevator.
It is located in a great spot in Porto Santa Margherita, 320m from the beach.

-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.
-A/C (if available): 60eur per week
-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week
