"When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. My only complaint is if you rent a Beach Front Hotel you would think you would not be charged 10 Euro per day to walk across the beach to go in the water. I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam."
