"This was a good central place to stay in Yellowstone. The lodge is fairly new and well built. It was hard to find parking in the evening when the lodges were full. You could walk to the restaurants which is nice but the menu options were pretty limited. We stayed 5 nights and had maid service 1 day. ..."

"Great location for a home base near the North entrance. Stayed in the cabins and it was a little cramped, but, how long do you stay in the room. The little “ Town” had good options for food. Near the Lamar Valley, which is a must stop!!"

The area should be the best for staying in the park. It is located near the falls, and almost in the center between the upper and the lower loops drives. But they need to upgrade the property and dining options.
