Summary:
Watch the sunset spill across Canyon Lake from our back deck, then slip into the private hot tub as the Hill Country goes quiet. You'll have our whole 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home to yourselves, with 7 beds, a flex space room, two decks, Blackstone style griddle flat grill, and a propane fire pit. We love hosting here, and we think you will too.

The Space:
We built your stay around the view. Panoramic sunset views over Canyon Lake stretch out from the back deck, and the hot tub is private enough that you can soak in the evening without feeling watched. We don't have any direct neighbors on the side or backyard, just wooded areas for privacy. Inside, about 1,800 sq ft across two levels gives everyone room to spread out. You'll have 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a flex space room for games, a quiet corner or extra lounging. An indoor fireplace and air conditioning keep you comfortable in any season, and a private entrance means the whole home is yours alone. Guests often tell us they spot foxes, deer and birds in the yard in the mornings and evenings, so keep your coffee close.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
- Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens), made up with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets
- 2nd living area / flex space room downstairs: extra hangout space for games or lounging, or somewhere for extra sleeping
- Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms, so mornings never turn into a line, and there's a bathtub in the master for when you want a long soak
- Little ones: a travel crib / Pack 'n Play is at the home for you to use

KITCHEN & DINING
You'll find a full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We stock cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Please bring your favorite coffee and sweeteners. You can start the day with a fresh cup and cook dinner without a grocery run for the basics. Gather at the dining table inside, or take your meal to the outdoor dining area and enjoy it with the lake & sunset views.

OUTDOORS
You have two decks to choose from(upper and lower), plus a backyard with outdoor furniture, a propane fire pit (we leave a propane tank to swap or you can purchase a propane delivery). Spend the morning on the deck with coffee, grill dinner as the sky turns orange, then finish the night by the fire pit or in the secluded hot tub. Your stay also includes access to the neighborhood HOA pool (16mins away) near Comal Park. It has a large pool area with chairs, shaded areas, bathrooms and showers, and we kindly ask that you follow the posted pool rules so everyone can enjoy it.

COMFORTS & SUPPORT
Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, and there's a Roku smart TV and card games for family nights in. A washer and dryer help you pack light, there's a safe for your valuables, and an Level 2 EV charger is on site (bring your own cables). Our local small business looks after every guest, and our team is just a message away if you need anything during your stay.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We're on Canyon Lake, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, and it makes a great home base. Guests head to Comal Park for lake access, and when the water is high, as it is now, they go boating and fishing. As of 10/28/26 the lake is 97% full and ready for boating and fishing! Between lake days, take time to explore the Hill Country around you. Then come back for sunset on the deck. Many of our guests say it's the best part of the day. 2 boat rental marinas are nearby (Cranes Mill and Canyon Lake Marina) are within 20mins, or tube float or kayak and fish the Guadalupe River 25min away. The free neighborhood boat ramp allows you to bring your own boat.

- Charming Towns of Wimberly (arts and shopping), Blanco (small Texas town), Fredericksburg (wine country), and San Marcos (Texas State University) are all within an hour drive. San Antonio and Austin are about an hour 20min.

Guest Access:
You will have full & private access to the entire home (both downstairs and upstairs). There are NO shared spaces with other guests. Self check-in via Smart Lock access code. We have an emergency lockout line for guest with access issues. Please contact us if you are having an issue entering the property and we will promptly assist you! We do have physical backup keys at the property in case of power outages / WIFI issues / lock malfunctions.

- Quick access to Canyon Lake Boat Ramp #6, 7 and 8 *always check lake levels and boat ramp closures

Getting Around:
Please be careful driving around with large amounts of deer (especially at night) and curvy roads in the neighborhood.
