"Personnel très sympathique et réactif. Chambre très standard et vieillissante, mais les parties communes sont très bien (self, grand salon, accueil, terrasse). L'établissement dispose de 3 ascenseurs, très appréciable. De nombreux transats en extérieur. Un dîner à thème tous les soirs ainsi que des animations en journée et chaque soir. Chambres non insonorisées qui ne permet pas de se reposer. Établissement bruyant mais c'est légitime vu la capacité d'accueil. Self service avec petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner excellents ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! "

"The hotel is beautiful & clean and the staff is amazing. The place could use some color though. The grounds are very green but not many flowers around the property. Could also use real flowers on tables, reception and in the rooms. The only negative is the silly sculpture that welcomes you at the enterance"

"Hacía tiempo, por no decir nunca, que visitaba un hotel sin tener ni un reclamo de nada. Atención exquisita desde las recepción con Antonio y sus compañeros, gente de barra como Raquel (una crack de los mojitos) y cómo lo dan todo por la noche q están a tope. Shows de los mejores q he visto, una banda de rock alucinante con buena música nostálgica. 5 estrellas no es suficiente para valorar lo bien q lo hemos pasado. "
