"The house was very well presented, with all the amenaties you'd expect. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially great. We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us! The only downside for us is we thought it was slightly closer to Woolwich tube station than it turned out to be so we has to bus it from there to a stop closer to the house. "Have stayed at this hotel before, staff are friendly, gym & pool are both very good quality, restaurant food was very good, breakfast was also nice, the rooms are beginning to need a bit of a refresh, water was not very hot at all, we had several rooms booked all had the same problem with the water. We were attending a party at the hotel the buffet was excellent "
