"Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such."

"Very Comfortable. Flat was well kept and tidy. Space was perfect for purpose of stay, the kids loved it and felt at home. Only downside was host expected me to do the cleaner's job, do the bins and also put the trash away... I left the apartment as tidy as i can, did the bins but certainly did not take away the trash. However, i would not let that change the fact that i had a pleasant stay and the flat was well looked after."

"At the arrival there was a condom wrapper on the steps. We opened the front door and the smell hit us. Flat looked uncleaned; bathroom had stains on the floor and walls. Cobwebs in every room, stains on the walls. Problem with drain in the shower and the smell was terrible. Sofa needs adjusting as the arm rest loose. Carpet dirty, fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Fridge smelt and had brown stains on the glass shelves. Not what I expected nor paid for."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...

"Vrij nieuw appartement (penthouse ) met een balkon en rondom een schitterend uitzicht over Londen!! Ook dichtbij een treinstation en metro station, dus je kan ook makkelijk met het ov naar het centrum. We hebben echt genoten in Londen en zouden de volgende keer zo weer teruggaan naar dit appartement."
