"The check-in was a smooth process until I was told there was a $100 cash deposit. I was never notified that I would need to put that amount down as a deposit but after checkout, I did get the money back. It was just a bit inconvenient since I didn’t have cash on me. The room itself was OK. The bed cover had holes from what looked like cigarette burns. There were some stains on the ceiling & the wall. The leg of the table looked like it was about to break, the fan exhaust in the bathroom did not work, the walls are super thin, and you can hear the conversation next-door and lastly, the shower only lasted a few minutes of hot water before it went to cold water."

"Convenient parking, clean rooms, themed decorations, music and snacks to enjoy the concert happening in town; love that you need a key to get elevator (security measure) I paid 2 days parking fee and another lady staying said she didn’t have to pay. Wondering if I was out the $40. Slight stains on see through curtains but everything overall was great"

"We booked early for the bts concert. They did NOT cancel our room. They did NOT try to modify our rates to get more money. Just running a quality motel and not trying to screw people over to make more money from patrons that already booked business with them. Will definitely stay here again and again."
