"Staff was nice but being memorial weekend you’d expect an up and ready hotel with all amenities in full force….pool in good working condition, room numbers with correct placards. Remotes without tape, plugged in tv with tv channels available with English channels. Functioning door handles and locks that make you feel secure were under expectations.
