"AC barely functioned to cool the room and at 1am a chunk of ice fell into the fan causing a loud noise that shocked me out of bed. At the restaurant, it took 6 hours to bring change to my room, which arrived at 10pm while I was asleep for an early flight. The highlight was the shuttle that left on time."

"The room is big, the bed is firm, the staff are cordial and helpful, the hot water flows. But the TV service is horrible and I had to wait until 7pm to move into my room. It seems to me there is no reason the TV has to be so poor."
