"First time in Seville and we got so lucky booking this beautiful boutique hotel. The location is 5-10 mins walk from most of Seville attractions (Real Alcazar, Cathedral, plaza de espana..), 5 mins walk from Triana market with a lot of good restaurant around, and a 2 mins walk away from a taxi stop (plaza de Cuba). The room was spacious, clean (similar to the pictures And even better) and the terras is private with a beautiful view of the river. Service was great for a boutique hotel and staff...

"I sttayed here for convenience, space and the fact I could park a car. So it fits my needs. Without a car it would be maybe fro someone staying a long time in the city or so. The area is a little run down but the super market around the corner is perfectly stocked. For certain travelers it is perfect. "

"The apartment is in a quiet street in the center of many major tourist attractions within a walking distance. He room was clean. The bed has a spring mattress so it is somewhat uncomfortable. The windows to our apartment were facing a courtyard which I m sure it is normally quiet BUT during our stay in April 2024, there was a construction happening that was starting at 7am every day and lasts the entire day. "I wanted the 2 bathroom apartment and this property delivered with 2 large size bathrooms. They were clean, roomy and modern! The apartment was clean and the third double sofa bed was comfortable. It you are a light sleeper the bells of there cathedral may wake you up though. It did not really bother us too much."
