"أكيد، هذه ترجمتها للإنجليزية بصياغة قوية ورسمية: I demand an immediate refund of the amount that was charged to me unlawfully. I checked out of the hotel on August 10, 2026. However, I was charged the full amount of the booking, despite the booking terms clearly stating that the applicable cancellation penalty was only €120. Charging the full booking amount despite my early check-out and the agreed booking conditions is unacceptable and constitutes a clear violation of the terms of the...

"This property was one of the most reasonably priced ones. In the Barrera area, and I wasn't sure how it was going to be. But I would definitely recommend this hotel primarily. It is clean, but the location of the hotel is in a really great spot. It's got the best of walking distance to the duomo and popular tourist attractions. And then you can also walk opposite. And experience a really nice side of t milano area with fantastic dining options that are not tourist traps"

"This hotel is connected to a loud night club that blasts music until 4:30-5 in the morning. Staff if very apathetic and unhelpful. They told me they could not print me out an itemized invoice when I checked out, even though I require it for reimbursement from my job. They said they couldn’t do it since I booked through a third-party website. I’d never encountered this before at any other hotel. Beds are very hard and room feels like a prison, considering how much we paid, beds should have been...
