"We enjoyed the property so much we never went off site! Exceeded our expectations. It’s called Sunset Cottage for good reason. Mild winter weather, gorgeous foggy mornings, water fowl aplenty, fabulous lake views and canoe adventures--an unforgettable, amazing family holiday. "

"Rooms were clean for the most part, game room was enjoyed all age groups. Kitchen had limited pots and pans and what was there was not large enough for a large group of people. When I tried to contact host about the fireplace not working I got no response. There was also an open outlet by one of the bunk beds, we put cardboard over it to keep the kids safe."

"We loved the open kitchen and den area, as well as the large dining table and island. We spent mornings and evenings on the deck, which has a gorgeous view, especially at sunset. This is a great spot on the lake and we enjoyed swimming, floating, paddleboarding, and boating every day. The accommodations were great; we heard a little grumbling from our adult children who slept in the bunk beds, lol. We will definitely be back!"

"Huge beautiful home with amazing view of Barkley lake. Nice furnishings with more than enough space for 12 adults really enjoyed our stay. The host was great at communicating. Check in a breeze."
