"Wonderful place close to Rome."

"Fantastic property - our family of 5 from the US stayed at this property and it was really perfect. Nice setting and very private after spending a few days in Rome. We enjoyed the pool and spectacular views and the house was very charming, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and made check in very easy. Highly recommend. Mike"

"Sehr schönes altes Haus am Ende einer kleinen Gasse am Burgberg und nur zu Fuß, per Mofa oder Lastkarren zu erreichen. Zweckmäßige aber liebevolle antike Einrichtung mit vielen schönen Möbeln und Details, wir haben nichts vermisst. Frühstück in der Bar Giuseppe war inklusive und eine schöne Überraschung. "Villino Flaminio was really special - it took about 45 minutes to get to Piazza del Popolo from the house yet it had all the qualities you would expect from a beautiful countryside. "Very nice renovated house in the countryside, about 3,5km from the village of Casaprota. It is clean an beautiful, with great views to the valley, the surrounding hills and olive groves. The communication was complicated since received messages from both Novasol and VRBO, and the local contact does not speak a single word of english. The pool is not deep but refreshing: it only needs refilling sometimes even if you have moved the water a bit by swimming. We did that because they threat to have...

"Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb mit einem riesigen Grundstück mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einem großen Pool. Die Mutter des Besitzers wohnt im Erdgeschoss und hat uns sehr nett begrüßt, aber sonst war sie sehr selten anwesend. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, hat 2 Balkone/Terrassen, Klimaanlage, die Küche ist eher spartanisch, war aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie nur empfehlen. "
