The property was less quiet than we anticipated from the pictures due to proximity of train and distant roads, but it did not impact our stay. We appreciated the access to the terrace."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"

"Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "
