You'll love the furnished terrace with its outdoor lounge area, the partial sea view, the warm and natural atmosphere, and the carefully curated interior featuring premium materials such as light wood, linen, rattan, and soothing neutral tones.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), a bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. It also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV.

The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, an aperitif, or meals outdoors. Inside, the extendable dining table seats 4 to 8 guests and can be carefully moved onto the terrace if desired.

The residence offers a large swimming pool, a children's paddling pool, a tennis court, table tennis, a playground, multi-sports and pétanque courts, landscaped walking areas, and private parking. Please note that red wristbands are required for access to the swimming pool and must be returned upon departure.
