You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The apartment is located in a dead end, quiet, on the 1st floor of a new villa. The Devens district, consisting mainly of villas is peaceful. Nature is still present (vegetation and small birds) while being close to everything.
The sandy beach, the market, shops as well as buses and train stations are within walking distance.
A swimming pool with spa is available.

Very bright and spacious, the apartment has a covered terrace. It is fully equipped (dishes, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, walk-in shower, washing machine, iron, ...).

The convertible sofa type rapido has a very comfortable annual sleeping mattress. A fireside is available for a third person.

Private parking is available within the gated property.

To relax, it is possible to book a foot reflexology session on site.
