"First impressions are always important and as you walk through the gate and through the lovely garden to reception you know this will not disappoint. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a balcony room overlooking the garden and it was excellent. The breakfast was also really good. As well as usual continental items there were crepes and pancakes to make the breakfast really quite special. I really recommend this hotel if you are ever in Cannes"

"The Hotel is just a short walk to Cannes centre. Also very near to the train station, ideal if flying into Nice. All staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The evening wine tasting is a bonus and a great opportunity to meet other visitors. We really enjoyed our stay at The Cavendish and would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Room was ready after the 4pm check in time. Some guests were offered complimentary drinks at bar for this inconvenience. This was not the case for us. No information about wifi, breakfast or facilities given upon check-in. Hotel's beach club was closed once we had checked in and for the entirety of our stay 5 days prior to the start of Cannes Film Festival. Which was disappointing. "We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was excellent - close to the beach, shopping, dining. Indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and hammam were a real treat after a long day of walking/sightseeing. Parking garage was convenient as looking for street parking would have been very difficult. Included breakfast offered a good variety of fresh pastries, breads, cereals, eggs, mini pancakes, deli meats and juices and coffees as well as fresh fruits. Staff was courteous and helpful. We...
