Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern im Internet dargestellt und detailliert. Sie befindet sich in einer erstklassigen Lage, vier Stockwerke hoch, ohne Aufzug. Nachts ist es hier ruhig und man ist weit weg vom hektischen Nachtleben, und trotzdem ist der Strand nur einen kurzen 12-minütigen Spaziergang entfernt. Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ und reagierte schnell.
