Établissement mediocre, ils peuvent largement enlever 2 étoiles ! Réceptionniste exécrable Télé des années 20 avec 3 chaines : BFM et 2 chaines italiennes. Clim defectueuse Obligée de changer 3 fois de chambre. Bruits désagréables incessants Odeurs désagréables que ce soit les draps/serviettes ou même en entrant dans la suite Fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur le couloir, super intimité En ouvrant l'eau de la baignoire, elle sort jaunâtre Seche cheveux defectueux Bref une catastrophe ! Plus jamais !

Ce sejour a ete decevant. Pour un hotel 4 etoiles cest une catastrophe. A mon avis il y a auto attribution des etoiles. Ce nest juste pas possible qje qui que ce soit de sensé leur ait donne 4 etoiles!! - tele ne fonctionne pas - lit bebe cassé - pas assez de femmes de chambre pour avoir un menage quotidien - pas de the ni de cafe a disposition dans la chambre - climatiseur mobile et non intégré. Ne refroidit que le salon pas les chambre. Une chaleur etouffante la nuit !! - vaisselle carrement insuffisante !! - pas de materiel pour nettoyage (balai, produit dentretien, eponge, poudre pour lave vaisselle ...) - ascenseur parfois en panne (heureusement qu'on netait que au 2e etage ...) - chambre minuscule difficile de circuler - hotel ininteressant, pas de bar, restaurant rien (et ca se dit hotel 4 etoiles) - pas detendoir pour etendre le linge alors quil y a une machine a laver (payante bien sur alors que sur le site cest sense etre integre dans la chambre) Bref yavait rien de bien, ce sont des beaux parleurs et menteurs cest honteux

Hotellet var skittent. Ikke et 4-stjerners hotell. Mer som 2 stjerner. Flere frekke i resepsjonen. Ingen av de 3 boblebadene fungerte. Takterrassen var skitten, trappen var knekt og vannet i boblebadene var brunt og grumsete. Rommet ble ikke støvsugd på en hel uke. De vasket ikke opp med såpe i oppvaskemaskinen. Det var flere insekter og var generelt et veldig skuffende hotell ut fra det man forventer fra bilder.

We shared in a 2BR Apartment with travelling partners at a time which coincided with a Short Film Festival. As such, accommodation was expensive and hard to find. The apartment itself was spacious enough overall, but the bedrooms were so small that we had to leave our luggage in the living room. Bathrooms were also shared. Location was on the main street, but well away from main tourist area near the beach.

leider macht der einzige 3 Personenlift die ganze Nacht einen riesen Krach. Hotel ohne Hotelbar. Zimmer war klein aber für den Preis OK. In 10 min ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum von Cannes. Einer von 3 Jacuzzi war nicht in betrieb, war defekt.

4 stars hotel, hardly deserves 3

Everything is old in this hotel. Starting from the elevator to the rooms. Parking isn't free, you have to pay 12euro. The room wasn't clean. Room size was ok for a family however we felt like being in a 2 stars hotel. Doesn't worth half of the price we paid.

友人の家から歩いて2分と言う立地で選びました。 カンヌの街からはそこそこ離れていると思います。 自動車で行ったのですが専用駐車場は満車状態でしたので友だちの家の駐車場に駐車させてもらいました。 カンヌの街の観光で行かれる方はあまりお勧めいたしかねますが長期滞在であれば部屋も広くて快適です。 スタッフの方の中にはきれいなイギリス英語を話せるスタッフさんもいたので言葉で困ることはありませんでした。 皆さん親切でした。 但し、部屋の清掃基準は少し・・・。

Value for money,bit dated, little too far out

The apartment we were allocated on arrival late at night had not been cleaned. We were immediately given an upgrade to a duplex which was bigger and had an extra room and bathroom. The kitchen was not well supplied but did have glasses and some utensils. Not very clean however. Cleaning in general was poor. The reception staff were excellent in sorting out any issues and very helpful. The location is not walkable to the Croisette but there are buses for €1.50 single or get a 3 day unlimited ticket for €7, a real bargain. Nice small cafe nearby for breakfast and small supermarket open late at night.

When I booked the hotel I paid for a room with a balcony. However my room had no balcony. For what I paid, any extra amenity would have been welcome. When I tried to get a credit through Expedia I was denied.

Horrible experience, I do not recommend!

Horrible experience. I booked this hotel in a beach city specifically for the 3 rooftop hot-tubs advertised. I arrived to find the hot-tubs were drained and non-operational. In addition the WIFI is horribly slow and unusable, and the room is dated. We left immediately because this hotel was so bad, yet the management refused to refund any portion of our money.

When we arrived the hotel was all locked up and in darkness. Fortunately some locals helped out and we managed to call an emergency number. Reception closes at 9pm !!!! It is a LONG walk to the sites and harbour

Great stay

Great apartment with balcony, really clean and spacious. Around a 15 to 20 minutes walk to the beach and main restaurant and bars. Is on a bit of a hill walking back up but as long as you aren't carrying heavy bags it wouldn't be a problem! Would definitely stay here again.
