Unique hilltop villa in the Californie neighbourhood of Cannes.
Views over Cannes and the Bay of Cannes to the west... Nice and the bay of Antibes to the east... and the beaches of Pampelonne in St Tropez.

This charming villa will seduce you with its terraces and wooded garden, double swimming pool, semi-professional kitchen, parking, double living room, multiple reception areas and 8 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.

7 of the rooms can be arranged as a double bed or two separate single beds. Only the eighth room (the smallest), with its 140cm wide bed, can accommodate a couple or a single person, but cannot be separated into 2 single beds.

All bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and TV room are air-conditioned.

There are 10 bathrooms at your disposal in the villa.

Absolute tranquility, breathtaking views and the possibility of organizing an event (subject to conditions), make this villa a unique place for your stay in Cannes.

Villa is more Beautiful and Spacious than Advertised!

A truly beautiful villa in a great part of Cannes with breathtaking views from almost everywhere in the villa. We all sincerely want to thank the property manager who truly went above and beyond to be accommodating and taking care of minor issues. Villa is very clean and extremely well stocked with almost any you may think of. We will definitely be back.

Summer Stay in Cannes

Amazing stay with a group of friends in this incredible villa - lots of space, incredible views and the ultimate place to stay when visiting Cannes. Great hosts - always contactable and willing to give recommendations. Would recommend whole heartedly.

Massively undersold

This property is Outstanding. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Just a 10 minute drive down to the waterfront, suspended up in the hills above Cannes. We went as a group of 12 adults and every person was blown away. No room is compromised. Brilliant high quality facilities. When we needed to change gas on the cooker, help arrived immediately to assist. Great advice provided for places to eat. All in all completely perfect get away. Could not believe the value for money. Would come again

Looks like luxury but it's not - Disappointed

The view and my first impression were as beautiful as the photos and that part cannot be ignored. UNFORTUNATELY, there were many issues once we went beyond the surface level. - Wifi is so bad that it's impossible to work from the house. It's actually impossible to even send a text message or make a phone call from downstairs - No door bell to the property. You have to call someone inside. Which is a problem since with no Wifi they can't receive your call. - In the kitchen, one of the fridge didn't work, ruining most of our food. -Most the plates were chipped and many of the silverware broken. - The most serious problem are the bedrooms. They smell like mold. They look clean but if you look beyond the fresh layer of paint, there is mold everywhere and it smells like it. Which make a week long stay unpleasant and even unhealthy. - No hand soap in the bathrooms. Two hair dryers for 7 bedrooms. - The bed of the upstairs bedroom is so bad and squeaky that no one could use that room. - The house looked clean at surface level but there were cigarette buds, rusty nails in the garden, old electrical wires and screws in the bedroom.... - At first the team answered when we had problems but after couple days, they just ignored us. Actually, I've sent them a note about those problems and received no response. I'm disappointed. It's a nice place for a one night, it is not for a longer stay. 2.5 stars mostly for the view.

Like a dream....

Staying at the Villa Octopus was like a dream I didn't want to wake up from. Perched on top of a hill overlooking Cannes on one side, Antibes on the other, I never wanted to leave this place. Most bedrooms were so spacious, with beds and separate sitting areas. The kitchen was phenomenal, so well equipped, with two refrigerators and dish washers even, and plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware to accomodate a large number of people staying at the house. At our arrival we felt instanstly welcome because Emma was so nice, but also because the refrigerator was filled with things, there were snacks and wine, and even fresh flowers on the table outside. We loved all the different sitting areas outside, so we could enjoy the gorgeous views from different areas. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for relaxation, and the house has a big gate, so it felt very safe. The interior of the house was so beautiful, all light colors, and flooded with light during the day. We all loved it!

Amazing Stay

Amazing house, location and host! Host was easy to contact and helpful. Asked for speaker and bought us a speaker! Kindly bought lots of floats and toys for the kids. 12 min drive from town, Uber available so no need for hire car. For lazy nights in, Deliveroo/Uber eats also available. Recommend!!!!

Incredible villa and host

Right from booking this incredible Villa, both the property and managed over-delivered. Jespar is fluent in both French and English and was super-quick to respond to all questions and was even able to offer a change in accommodation for a wheelchair-bound friend. This continued throughout and he was always on hand throughout the stay and arranged a mid-visit clean for us. The villa was outstanding. Definitely worth a visit.
