Next door to the Carlton Hotel, 150 meters from the beaches. Palais des Festivals is less than a 10-minute walk away, and restaurants, Rue d'Antibes and its shops are a 2-minute walk away. No need to use a vehicle. Very quiet area, excellent value for money.
