PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on the 6th floor (with elevator) in a quiet and well-maintained residence.
The entrance leads into a bright living space featuring a lounge area with a large sofa, a dining area, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. A sliding glass door opens onto the terrace, which offers a sea view and an outdoor dining area.
The master bedroom is spacious, with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), large wardrobe, and smart TV. It also opens directly onto the terrace.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm) and also enjoys direct access to the terrace.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC, vanity, and washing machine.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned and designed for comfort.
