Exactly as described, Great Location

My family and I loved our stay. The place is exactly as described and a great location to get to Banff and especially downtown Canmore to explore. You definitely need to read the message about parking and finding the correct elevator in order to get to the suite but the instructions clearly tell you. Would absolutely stay here again.

We spent 6 nights and it had everything we needed. We were within walking distance of Canmore town centre. We stopped by the Rockie Rentals and was able to borrow bear spray and a national park pass for the many walks we did in the area. Loved our stay and would recommend it to others!

Spacious Apartment with everything needed

Beautiful spacious apartment with everything we needed. About a 10 min walk from shops but great parking for a car as well to explore the Rockies. Appreciated the free bear spray to rent for hiking.

Simply Wonderful

The apartment was simply wonderful. The location was great, it was well equipped and provided a fantastic base to explore the area. The hosts were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy to get to. Easy parking. Unfortunately, we found the kitchen, bathroom and floors to be dirty. When booking I did not realize the view is the underside of a deck/mechanical equipment/ and the side of another building. I should have looked closer when booking. Additionally, the bed was extra, extra firm and the sleeper couch was uncomfortable. Communication from the owner/company was very good. Unfortunately the issues I perceived were not ones that could be fixed during our stay.

The apartment booked through Rockies Rentals was great. However, what made this better than great was the exceptional customer service offered by Rockies Rentals. From the moment we booked they shared detailed information to support our trip. Any questions were immediately answered and nothing was too much trouble. This is how holiday rentals should work. They are a fantastic company to rent from as they ensured that the apartment was well equipped and helped to ensure our visit to the Rockies was perfect.

Very Clean

Matched the pictures and the description, the condo was very clean. The only complaint is that the elevator was not working and we had to climb a few flights of stairs with our luggage. If I had been informed ahead of time I would have been more prepared.
