"Paguei por 2 quartos triplos iguais. Éramos 2 casais e um dos quartos era um duplo com cama de criança com metade do tamanho do quarto triplo dado ao outro casal.
O hotel obriga a transfers de e para o ski. Apenas têm uma carrinha de 8 lugares para o fazer. Na hora de ponta, não havendo um local específico de espera para a recolha, a confusão era tremenda e stressante. Não faz qualquer sentido. O acesso ao SPA é pago e o bar de serviço à noite tem apenas uma empregada, eficaz mas nada...
