"Great location for our trip as we were taking a train to Porto and the station is walking distance. Nothing to eat at the hotel outside vending machines so be prepared to go looking for food options."

"Really nice hotel in a good area. We booked to be close to Oriente station for our train to Pombal the next day and were pleasantly surprised to find so many eating options at the waterfront nearby. We also had a fab breakfast at the Grupeto bicycle cafe. The noon checkout meant a chilled morning before heading to the station. Would definitely stay here again."

Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel

"Overall the staff were excellent. The property is in a very good location near tourist attractions and the shopping centre is near by and the train station. The Oliver restaurant is good, however very expensive compared to the shopping centre. Personally I would stick to the shopping centre for meals and just a one off dine at the Oliver restaurant if you want to save money. The only negative about this property are the lifts, especially in the morning breakfast times and when customers are checking out. There are huge queues and waiting time for the only 3 lifts. The lifts are small and it takes ages just to get to the lobby from the floors above and vice versa. At times the middle lift gets locked out by staff due to services which causes more crowds for the lifts. I am guessing the highest floor you are at, the more chance you have for an empty lift going down. My opinion is that either new lifts should be invested in or the current lifts should be modified to be a little quicker."

"Superb family hotel! The apartment was set up perfectly, giving the children and adults ample space and freedom whilst centred around a family space. The children’s playroom is amazing, a great way to spend an hour or so before or after dinner, or to relax after a busy day exploring. The hotel team are attentive and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend highly enough."

"We had a short stay as we were heading to Nazaré after the first couple of days. Unfortunately, the airport mismanaged someone our luggage which was nerve-wracking to say the least. The hotel staff was very helpful in assisting us with managing the return of our bags before we had to travel to the next destination. The room was fairly small but we were comfortable. Not much to offer in terms of amenities outside of a decent breakfast but we just needed a place to rest our heads."
