Beautiful apartment with terrace overlooking the sea and the beach of Canet

Two large bedrooms, one with a bed 160x200 and the other with 2 beds 90x190, large closets and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer.
The beach is in front of you, you just have to cross the street.
The residence is quiet, the apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator, close to the Mediterranean place, entertainment and restaurants.

bis auf eine fehlende Klimaanlage, sehr gut. unter der Wohnung ein kleines Restaurant und nebendran eine Pizzeria. Strand und Meer sehr nahe, zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Wasser. Wohnung Mieten etwas teuer.

Nous venions pour la seconde fois dans cet appartement. Le logement et les prestations étaient parfaites comme la première fois. Nous avons subi un petit désagréablement du à un dégât des eaux extérieur à l’appartement. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et a très bien géré la situation. Nous serons heureux de revenir.
