"Beautiful property and very spacious for families!"

"They advertised rooftop and that was not it, just a sad patio with some chairs Also it said pillow top bed, no it wasn’t. Only 2 flat pillows with a very ugly and uncomfortable cover. Sad depressing “decoration” But very nice and friendly team and the breakfast was a very nice surprise "

"Gorgeous boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated and had a sunny terrace large enough to dine and lounge on. The hotel has wonderful lounge areas and sunny breakfast patios. The grounds are full of lush florals and beautiful landscaping, and a wonderful view of Lake Bracciano… Perfect place to rest and relax. But the real shine is the service. Cinzia went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable and even drove me to the train station. The whole staff were wonderful and helpful. The only thing I’d ask is to add lights to the pathway leading to the hotel. To reach the restaurants uphill or the beaches downhill, there is a long stretch of road covered by trees. When you’re returning to the hotel at night on foot, you’re walking in the pitch black. Especially for a woman solo traveler, it could use improvement. "

"A beatiful spot in the hills with a fab pool and stunning view over Lake Bracciano. We were a family of 9 and had a great time. Need some more dining chairs and outside furniture a bit worn but overall very enjoyable.time had by all."

"Fantastic historic property in amazing 14th century city center. Highly recommend. Food was great. They coordinated a driver (Alessandro) to drive us to a winery and some area attractions. Highly recommended. "

"Beautiful place and confortable. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that."

"Beautiful views. Tough to get to. This is a good choice in season. Overall clean but be prepared for a "farm feel." "
