"We really enjoyed our stay here. The AC in our room wasn’t working on the first night, but the hotel moved us to a new room and properly compensated for the issue- they were very kind and helpful. Loved having access to the courtyard easily from our room. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Historical building. Furniture and room features in general are old but fits well with the location and it is well maintained. Would be a great choice if you want to stay in a historical building and you enjoy the historical quirky features. Location is spectacular just across the main square and the cathedral. 5 minutes walk from the aqueduct. The right location for Segovia."
