"The hotel is in a great location by the Riverside and centre of dalyan. However it is a little tired and dated and the rooms felt a bit cramped and dark. The breakfast was ok, but no fresh fruit. Lots of choice of olives and jams, honey etc, and lovely fresh omelettes made for you. It just lacks a bit of something."

"The most I liked about this place is how friendly the staff were."

"Tolle Aussicht beim Frühstück und um 17 Uhr gibt es eine Teezeit mit Kuchen."

"İki gece konakladık çift olarak. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Oda Temizliği, Havuz Temizliği her şey çok güzel ve tertemiz. Personel de her konuda yardımcı oldu ve her daim güler yüzlü karşıladılar. Herkese tavsiye ediyoruz, tekrar DNA Otel de konaklamak isteriz."

"We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it has undergone a refurbished which has updated the rooms and dining area. It does not have a lift which could stop some from using the hotel but the location is probably one of the best in Dalyan. My only real criticism is that they have now built an outside restaurant/bar which if staying on the first floor some rooms have lost their view which is a shame but definitely 4/5"

"Locatie heel goed"

"We had a lovely weekend stay at this really beautiful and quiet place. Food was very good and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We will be happy to stay there again."

"Me and my boyfriend stayed in the room with river view. It was a great room with 2 rooms and 3 beds total, so we had lots of space. My parents stayed in the room by the pool. They had 2 small beds. I thought the room was too small, but they were happy. I loved the food there and ate mostly at the restaurant on-site. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of ingredients. I was only missing plain old oatmeal and whole grain bread. My boyfriend didn't like their coffee. For lunch and dinner we...

"I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at BC Spa Hotel. There was a broken chair on the balcony, so I contacted reception and asked for it to be replaced. Shortly afterward, a hotel staff member entered my room using a key card without knocking or announcing themselves first. This was a serious violation of my privacy and made me feel unsafe at the hotel. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel manager. They apologized and agreed to complete Expedia’s refund request...

"We only stay here when traveling through to Dalaman. It’s the best hotel in the area. The room maintenance and renovation needs to start soon as the rooms are looking tired (eg peeling paint and wallpaper, scuffed walls, frayed towels) and well used, but if you can get a larger room, they’re usually better."

"L hôtel est bien situé dans un cadre agréable. Par contre, la salle de bain manque d espace et de meubles pour ranger ses affaires de toilettes."

"Beğendim herşeyi ile güzeldi.İlgili ve güleryüzlü personellerine ayrıca teşekkür ederim ."

"Great location about 10 minute walk to city center. Lovely hotel. Breakfast great. Rooms are modern and beds comfortable. Rooms are a little wear and tear but ok for a couple of night or a week. Only down size is air con isn't the best. Wouldn't like to be here in July/August. Apart from that would stay here again"

"I quite liked the accommodation as it was quite modern and clean. The washing machine and the tumble dryer were life savers as a family of five. We had a nice mountain scene with trees. The breakfast could have been a bit better but was convenient to have on our doorstep without the need to go anywhere."

"Benim odam dökülüyordu ama ve fağ manzaralıydı balkona bi sandalye konulabilinir"

"We only stayed for one night, wish we'd spent more time. The room was lovely, had everything we needed. The pool and bar looked great though we did not use this during our stay. Staff was very helpful for us as non Turkish speakers."

"The hotel was clean upon arrival, but subsequent cleaning was not done. Due to a shortage of staff at the hotel, two people were responsible for all the necessary tasks. This caused delays in the work. Overall, the hotel was moderately adequate; it was suitable only for staying overnight and spending time outside."
