"This was the next to last stop on a 2 week road trip to northern France.....Loire Valley, land of castles and chateaux. After much research, my husband found this gem next to the river. We stayed in one of the original buildings that had been modernized, but still had charm and character of the past with exposed, rustic beams and plaster work. The restaurant/bistro was modern with indoor/outdoor dining, a diverse French menu and excellent wine list. The staff was well versed, efficient and very friendly."
