"The house is good for 6 people and it is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood very close to Puerto Morelos town. A car is needed to visit the the different attractions located in the Mayan Riviera. I believe some improvements are needed to make the stay more comfortable. The mattress of the beds of two bedrooms need to be replaced. One of the rooms needs air conditioning and there is a very bad odor coming from one of the bedrooms."

"HIGHLY recommend this amazing villa. Our stay was perfect in every way. Location is ideal and close to several incredible restaurants, shopping and a quick walk from the ferry. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We already booked our next stay here! "
