The Royal Sands is a great value The facility is well kept the beach is amazing as well as the pool areas. if you're looking for a great Resort that won't break your budget definitely check this one out.

We loved our stay at the Royal Sands resort and would definitely recommend. I don't think there is a bad room in the resort. The food was wonderful, lots of choices. We especially loved the Mexican restaurant and the sports bar. The wait staff were wonderful as well. The pools are beautiful and the service around the pool is wonderful, swim up bar an option and activites at the pool are lots of fun. The beach is beautiful but we weren't able to swim in the ocean as it was red flagged our entire stay. My only complaints are that the bed was not very comfortable, very hard ( for me) . Also, they have a system to reserve chairs by the pool, they have a flag system to reserve chairs and people get out there as early as 4:00 am to reserve a spot. Our first day there, I got up at seven and all of the chairs were already reserved. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay at the Royal Sands again.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained resort. The suites and balconies are very large and have all the amenities. The staff are exceptional! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We went with a large family group, and there were things for everyone to do. Food was lovely!

Había sido cliente frecuente durante 5 años consecutivos, pero hubo muchos cambios, según por palabras del mismo personal porque los compro Holiday Inn, la verdad no volveré, las bebidas en el área de alberca se acaban a las 6, el room Service tiene muy pocas opciones, la cantidad de meseros en el área de alberca es muy poca, nos tocó un incidente dónde apareció una caca en la alberca y decidimos salirnos, nos tocó otro incidente de una pareja teniendo sexo en el jacuzzi y decidimos salirnos. De verdad me duele porque era nuestro hotel favorito para venir cada año, el año pasado en agosto hicimos el check out y nos permitieron seguir disfrutando el todo incluido en lo que el taxi venía por nosotros y en esta ocasión todo consumo después del check out era con costo adicional. En fin, el hotel no es malo pero sus nuevas políticas sí.
