It was in great location. It provides all I need for small kitchen / cooking. It was a little confusing for check in process first becaus there is no reception desk but staff was very helpful. My wife loved this place. View was gorgeous as well as nice pool in the property.

It was a little difficult to find initially but once I understood the layout it was fine. The room is clean, neat, well maintained and has incredible views.There is a bodega on site for basic needs. There is restaurant on site overlooking the ocean. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The busses in Cancun are easy to use to go up town for shopping.

The sea view from the condo balcony is amazing and room was clean. Communication with the host was good and the host was kind enough to provide late checkout on request. Only con was, extra towels could have been provided as daily cleaning is not included

Amazing view and comfortable bed but there was no hot water and when we reported the issue nothing was done to fix it or compensate us for our loss.

The person on the front desk said, you’re booking is a fake, and I had to be on the phone with Expedia over the hour, they couldn’t understand how come it’s fake, if everything is good. When we came back to the property, and started to argue, whey found my reservation.

tl;dr: bad experience w/unit & argumentative host, wouldn't book again at ANY price. Vacation travel 6-8 wks/yr, last 5 years often in Cancun. Complex’ days of glory long gone . No gym, beach full of sargassum. Not walkable to rest, shops, groceries. Unit size avg, access dicey: narrow/ winding staircase, difficult to carry standard size bags. Mentioned at check-in, host “your fault you didn’t see photo of beautiful[!] staircase,” ignored main point. Way below avg: TV, only 24” AND defective, vertical lines. Unreliable remote, duct tape on back, no hot water in sinks, lukewarm in shower. Host: “temp set for wonderful [!] Caribbean weather,” didn’t check. Prior visits, this is false. Below avg: chipped shelves, drawer won’t stay closed, linens, towel quality. Avg: a/c. Above avg: view, can’t compensate other issues. Pool: clean. Snack bar: hit/miss, must take taxi daily for meals. Most aggravating: had friend over to talk, arrived 1 PM, went to room, I had to change. Guests not allowed to go to pool, I knew. Didn’t know guard would rush to threaten guest w/ ejection, “remain at snack bar, nowhere else” unless “authorized” by host. “Authorization”= nightly fee, but VISITOR NOT STAYING. Email from host, I replied no value at that price, hotels for less $ included buffet breakfast for 2. Was at hotel down road 2 weeks earlier, I knew. Host: “not hotel, don’t advertise having food.” They have their rules, I have mine: don’t go to a place w/ low value or that aggravates me.

Wosrt experience. Waited at main gate for two hours. Host forgot to send us room number and code. Then a shady lady came to show us the room took $350 cad deposit on top of room charges that we paid and left without the details. Stove wire was broken i text to host to let her know and get fixed. She blamed on me. Still waiting on my deposit to get back.

I did reservation for a hotel and I paid. The system changed the date for some season and I wasn’t able to change the date on the reservation. I contacted to customer services and they said no able to contact to the hotel they no have correct number .I was talking to 3 different customer service representative nobody helped me They said I’m not able to change date for my hotel reservations I lost my money I will never use this company again
