I always try to be fair when I put reviews. We picked this hotel based on reviews and distance from the airport, as well there were only few choices available around the airport.
read the reviews when I was booking, the firts ones very nice and high scores.
Sadly, I got the worse rooms, beds, air conditioning… To be honest I think I was scammed; the pictures shown in the internet don’t match with the rooms I saw.
I traveled with my husband and two daughters, the first room assigned smelled bad, the first thing I noticed how dirty the pillows and bed sheets were; I asked for new sheets. Then I noticed the bathroom… immediately I asked for another room (I was thinking to leave the hotel and ask for reimbursement but I got a bit scared since it was midnight).
A second room was given, the smell again, air conditioning wasn’t working well; again, bed sheets very dirty. The front desk guy tried to be very nice, he gave us new sheets.
I could not sleep even a bit… I was uncomfortable, people were noisy. I gave thanks when the alarm was off at 5:30am.
The price of this rooms should be at most 35- 40$.
I felt sorry for my kids and husband for being put in such situation.
Lastly, I do not recommend to stay in such conditions, specially dirty bed clothes and smelly and dirty restrooms.
