We had a wonderful stay. Rooms and resort were wonderful. Isidra went over and above to keep our room clean and was so lovely as was the rest of the staff. Highly recommend. Great for kids, good food especially the fisheria and highly recommend the room service!

Everyone went out of their way for us. The front desk, bartenders, and concierge were very accommodating. The rooms were old but clean. There was a mini bar(no alcohol) and coffee maker which were all convenient. Oh and nightly entertainment lead by GIO was very fun. If you have a choice stay here at the Krystal Cancun NOT the Krystal Grand.

Outdated resort, buffet is garbage, resort is EXTREMELY outdated like old old! Washrooms are not nice. If you get ocean view it’s not bad view! Restaurant food is nice but once again buffet is completely garbage. Staff is nice. Location is good right beside the Cancun strip. Only bar rail alcohol included. Cost money for good liqour. By the way, water bottles cost money which is crazy and not cool. Overall decent price for a family. Rooms r way too thin you can hear everything next door rooms with no privacy.

The dining experiences were adequate but not worthy of accolades. The exercise facilities were inadequate. The staff was friendly, fast, professional and an absolute joy. In Particular Norma and Fernando provided excellent service. Very hard working and accommodating. Thank you for making my experience a joy!

Room was very poor and they made me pay 400 more for a room already booked or said I would be on a lower floor in oldest tower. Staff is hit or miss. Bar tender at swim up bar was just miserable and insulting. Beach is nice but loud and crowded. If you don’t reserve chairs by 7:30 -8 u will be sitting on sand. Restaurants are pretty decent but buffet is pretty mediocre. I wouldn’t go back… many better resorts with exceptional service..

We changed rooms because on the far side we heard too much music from the club. We paid a smaller fee the upgrade, but staff was super accommodating and the room was always cleaned everyday. Everyone was smiling and very nice. Would definitely come again!

The employees were awesome and very friendly specially Sergio the waiter at the buffet. He would always be super friendly and attentive with my family that made the experience extra special, however the rooms were a little ugly for my taste. When I booked apparently the nicest room I was expecting something nicer. The rooms need remodel to something more modern in my opinion. It just gave old vibes. My last stay was at Panama jack and the rooms were really nice and cute. Other than that it was okay to stay here but not worth the price.
