In the center of Cancun, you will find numerous traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products. One of the main attractions in downtown Cancun is Parque de las Palapas, a public park where cultural events and outdoor concerts take place. In addition, in the area there is also the ADO, a bus station where you can take transport to other parts of the city and the state of Quintana Roo.



Getting Around:

You can explore the area on foot, but if you are interested in transportation or car rental, your Concierge can help you book those services.

It is located on the first floor. It is necessary to climb stairs.



Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



Before your arrival, we will ask you for a passport photo or ID of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.



The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the humid climate of the city and vegetation you may find small insects or animals such as ants.



The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are located in common areas and it is to reinforce the security of the condominium.
