This amazing family condo is very spacious with 2,150 sq ft of living space, it has beautiful Ocean views, a short walk to our glorious blue turquoise water, you can sit in the privacy of your balcony to enjoy your margaritas while watching the sunset and the flying Pelicans, all you will hear is the sound of the waves crashing by the beach and if you come at the right time of the year you will see the big turtles nesting just outside your balcony.
Children are welcome...!, our balcony is child safe.
We have maintenance personnel from 8am to 10pm, any issues are taking care by our personnel right away.
Guests is responsible for buying their own supplies, we leave some to last for a couple of days.
IF you are coming to have dental work at Cancun Dental Specialists we are across the street, very convenient.

We are located in Boulevard Kukulkan Kilomter 11.5 right at the center of Cancun Hotel zone.
Ours is a family place, no spring or summer breakers.
This apartment has 2,150 sq ft or 200 M2 with marble floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, living, dining room, bar area with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, laundry room, a balcony facing the Ocean and free WIFI Internet, TV, Apple TV with Netflix. We have an excellent bus transport service in the hotel zone and a rental car is not needed.

We have 24 hours security, loungers, tables, beach umbrellas and the restaurant outside our building offers food and drinks service by the beach.

The bus system is excellent and there is no need to rent a car, for an additional fee we offer transportation from the airport.

Excellent Cancún Getaway

This property is just as advertised: quiet stretch of beach, excellent staff at the condo, and plenty of room to spread out. Location is great too. Tacun restaurant on site is a major bonus and easily walkable to the La Isla malls.

Location, location,location!

Everything about this condo was to our complete satisfaction or better than expected. From ease of communication before check in to dealing with Annabel, Hazel, Esteban and Eblas and our very favourite Carlos who was our transportation the whole 2 weeks available anytime we needed a ride or tour and always with a smile, a story and some Mexican history and culture. If ever in Cancun again would not hesitate to stay here again. Only downside was the weather, with rain, strong winds and beach erosion a lot of our time there but then again it snowed in Florida at the same time and we cannot control Mother Nature

Great Stay and Great Location

This is a great condo and awesome location. Everyone, from the Manager, on-site facility team, and transportation are top notch. One of the people in our travel party was getting work done at Cancun Dental Specialists and they were directly across the street. I recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of folks.

Run down with safety issues

The listing photos are many years old and the property has not aged well. One bathroom was plagued by water leaking through the ceiling from the unit above. In another bathroom the shower handle broke off repeatedly but was eventually repaired. There were sewer gases in two of the bedrooms, The dishwasher was broken, The stove's propane ran out one day, leaving us unable to cook. There are 12" gaps in the balcony railing, making it unsafe for children. There is no lock for the balcony although the unit is only on the second floor. There are signs of spalling and concrete failure which I hope are not structural. The property manager was as responsive as possible but the problems were challenging, the unit has not aged well at all, and is certainly not worth the money. Right on the beach but constant red flags because of wind for all of our two weeks.

This place is magic!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay! The apartment is spacious, the air conditioning works amazingly well and the kitchen is very well equipped. The view is absolutely stunning and the beach is practically empty—an ideal feature for a family full of introverts. Both Esteban and Rosy were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. We had an unforgettable vacation :)

Lovely beachside condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is an unbelievable view and location for the price, and the owner is actively working on numerous improvements to additional units. Communication with the owner was excellent, instant really, and the staff on site were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay (other than the beach and view) was the charming little restaurant next door to the property. Restaurante TACUN! It's cash-only, but the food and atmosphere were fantastic, making it one of our favorite parts of the trip. There were hugs all around the day our family left.. from staff of our B&B and our Tacun friends. We hated to leave. We look forward to seeing the future updates, and will 100% book here when we visit once again!

Great family beach getaway

Spacious condo that worked amazing for our family of 6. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Location on the beach was amazing. We enjoyed watching the waves from the balcony every morning and evening. The owners were amazing- helping us set up transportation to and from the airport. Carlos was a great driver and very kind. Maria, Rosy, and Annabel were easy to communicate with and answered all our messages and questions. Would stay here again and again!

Fantastic View

This property had a fantastic view and easy access to the ocean. They arranged transportation from and back to the airport. They have an on-site employee to take care of any condo issues. Communication through the What's App made everything very simple. We did not rent a car because the condo had easy access to the bus system which came by on a regular basis. Make sure you have exact change in pesos to pay the bus drivers. Great time! Great people!

Fun in the Sun

We absolutely loved our VRBO. It was right on the beach and easy walk or bus ride around the town. Anabel was very helpful in setting up our vacation and was quick to answer any questions. She also helped us with a driver from the airport. Thanks Rosy and Dorian for getting us to where we wanted to go and set up fishing. The worst part of your vacation is we had to return to our real life. We will be staying here again!!! Thanks for a great vacation.

Most amazing host ever! This was my first international rental and Anabel addressed all my concerns and made me feel like I was her most important tenant. The on-site folks are very personable and super accommodating. The condo is as pictured and location in the hotel zone couldn’t be more convenient. Super cold AC, clean safe pool and beach. A vacation to remember

Planned this vacation for a very special occasion. A 50th birthday celebration! My group consisted of 7 women, some of who never been to Mexico before. Everything about this vacation was amazing. From the initial booking, throughout the vacation count down, and the actual vacation. Anabel was so amazing to correspond with. All my expectations were met above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this property. Great ocean front location, next to a good Mexican restaurant for a quick bite to eat. We all felt safe, and the on hand maintenance made it very easy to get any issue resolved. Thank you again for the wonderful memories.

Excellent! Exactly as described and Annabel was a very helpful!

We had a fantastic family vacation(5 of us) at this beautiful condo that is centrally located on the Hotel zone - right opposite to a mini mall with a convenience store for all immediate needs. The restaurant right outside the condo(Tacun) is the best on the strip - great food and warm and friendly waiters that would customize to meet your needs! We ate there three times during our stay and the spicy beer is a must try! The condo itself is clean and beautiful and everything in working order. Annabel greeted us and went over all the points to remember and note which was VERY helpful. The staff at the condo also were very nice and would set you up with chairs and umbrellas anytime you asked.The view form the living room as you walked in is breath taking and the balcony was a fantastic place to wind down. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and that view is to die for!

First I have to say the guys who work here are fantastic! They are the most friendly Mexicans I have EVER met! Just great and PLEASE tip them for putting your chairs out on the beach. Those things are heavy and they do this just to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is huge. Everyone has their own bathroom with towels, extra blankets and AC. The water pressure in the hotel zone is not awesome so don't expect to wash out all the sand till you return home but having space for everyone to spread out is worth it. The kitchen is well stocked too. The little ants are bothersome and you need to remember to put away all your snacks, but other than that no complaints what so ever. If you choose to drive, the parking is a little difficult, but that goes for everywhere in Cancun, not just at the condo. We always had a space, just not our space, but we made it work. Just book it, you won't be disappointed.

5 wonderful weeks

We just returned to Canada after spending 5 wonderful weeks at the Bridec. Over that time we enjoyed many of our family coming to stay with us and, without exception, everyone agreed that this is a special vacation property. While it is a bit older, the living space and the location cannot be beat. Enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony while the sun is rising, often having an omelette for breakfast next door at the Tacun restaurant and then walking a few steps down to the (almost private) beach is a great getaway lifestyle. Other reviews cover the close proximity to bus(12 pesos and they run every few minutes BUT the bus drivers drive like maniacs), Circle K, ATM for pesos, shopping, entertainment - we agree and won’t repeat other reviewers comments. The people who run this property are super accommodating and treat you like family. Their mission is to do whatever it takes to have you enjoy your stay. A special thanks to Anabel who went out of her way to be available via WhatsApp and quickly arrange whatever was needed. You we instrumental is ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Anabel, Rosy, Hazel, Carlos, Dorian, Estevan and Hilario. Hope we didn’t forget anyone. We hope to be back again. Anne and Ron, Winnipeg.

Best family vacation location ever!

Annabel's condo measures up to the description in every way and more. The beautiful inside spaces are within steps of the pool and amazing Caribbean Sea. There were 7 of us and the set up was perfect. The condo has great gathering spaces and lots of room to spread out and be apart as well. Three spacious bedrooms all have their own private bathroom, plus there is another half bath off the laundry. The beach is amazing, the sand is sugar soft, and we virtually had the beach to ourselves every day all week. Incredible! Just down by the street was a great little restaurant called Tacun. Great food, drinks, and even mariachis on our last night. The bus stop is just steps away, and there is a convenience store, a pharmacy, and a mall right across the street. Estephan was amazing. He sang for us, set us up at the beach and pool with chairs and umbrellas and floaties. He even cut open a couple of coconuts for the kids. He was so friendly and jovial, greeting us warmly every time we arrived or left. Annabel provided great recommendations for outings and gave us wonderful tips about the best and most economical way to do things. Our favorite outings were Isla Mujeres and XelHa! If you are looking for a quiet getaway, away from the party scene, consider Annabel's condo.

Best spot in the hotel zone!

Perfect sunrise every morning watching from the deck listening to the waves! Location is next to the governor’s mansion so security in the area is great plus the cleanest beach area along with being a one mile walk to the party section or to the bigger restaurants and shopping. The bus will pick you up out front and was so easy to figure out. The owners communicate was fabulous. Every question was answered in minutes and when we had a few minor problems they had someone at our door in less then 15 minutes to fix it. The pool was clean cool and refreshing after a long day of heat. The private transport that was arranged for us by the owners was the best. To have a local who spoke clear English to drive us to our destination and to help barter at the markets was a huge plus!! Just ask Annabel and she will connect you to them. The beds are comfortable and the apartment was clean. There is a small circle k across the street for basic market supplies and two larger supermarkets about a mile in each direction. A few small shops across the street offered souvenirs at a little more then the markets but was easy to grab before leaving and a lot less hassle. The Tacun restaurant in front is great food and service. I will stay here every time I visit Cancun! Doesn’t compare to any other location!

BEDS are HORRIBLE...but everything else is great

Lots of positives about this 2nd floor unit facing the ocean...lets start with the biggest negative first. Beds are absolutely horrible and need serious repair or replacements. Master bedroom mattress is a sponge and sinks with NO support. Dont sit on the edges you'll be on the floor. The king size mattress is extremely old and needs replacing. The double beds in the other bedroom need both mattresses to be replaced as well and ALL slats redone...alot missing so NO support. Showers - if you want a warm hot shower then only the kids room with single beds works. Other 2 showers are tepid at best. Now for the positives...and there are many...starting with the crew management. Rosi, Annabel, Dorian, Esteban and others are fantastic and will offer help beyond anywhere we have stayed. They do their utmost to assist with problems and are genuine good souls...loved them all. Amenties, while a little rough around the edges, we own a cottage so can deal with some roughness and so everything works just fine. All the cutlery you'll need and then some. Patio facing ocean is lovely, with a patio sofa and two padded chairs with glass table. Great ocean views, sunrises, and VERY quiet and semi private. The unit is between resorts which are far enough away to barely hear anything but ocean waves...awesome. Pool is not heated, cold, but if you can do Scandinavian spas (hot/cold) its nice.

Best location in Cancun!

We stayed here for 8 days with our family of 5. The location is perfect. About a mile from the "party zone" of Cancun, close enough to restaurants, activities, etc. but just removed from the crowds and noise. The property is older but maintained and kept nice and clean. The restaurant outside, Tacun, was so good and so convenient to grab a bite to eat any meal any day! We ate there almost daily, even just for a quick nachos to share at the beach. They only accept cash so make sure you have some on hand. The mall is about 1/2 mile walk away, and there's lots of restaurants and shopping there. Circle K across the street has bottled water and snacks as well. No need to rent a car here. Busses are very safe and cheap, there's lots of taxis and the property has their own drivers they will get you in touch with for airport transfers and other transportation needs. Carlos picked up and and dropped us back at the airport and it was so nice and easy! Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was also very nice. Plenty of space. Make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. Those items are not included. The beach amenities are perfect too. Chairs, loungers, umbrellas, towels all included. We spent most our days hanging out on the quiet uncrowded beach. The water and waves are perfect, there's plenty of shells for the kids to find (hint, look in the water at where the wave breaks before the beach). And the maintenance guys are happy to help you carry items to and from the beach if you need it. They were also quick to help us out with the couple issues that arose; our TV wouldn't work (which was fine we spent very little time indoors anyway) and our hot water kept going out and the pilot needed relit almost every day. The only suggestion I would add for improvements would be to increase the lighting in the condo. It is pretty dark in there with the existing lights. Maybe adding can lights into the ceiling would make a big difference. We loved staying here and will stay here every time we come to Cancun from now on. It was simply the best place to stay!
