Grosse déception

Malgré un bon emplacement et une maison lumineuse la maison fut une grosse déception pour un logement aussi bien noté et cher ! Le ménage était mal fait voire pas du tout à certains endroits (VMC dégoutante, poussière sous le lit, miettes sur la table, murs tachés etc). Dans la cuisine la batterie de cuisine en mauvais état (ustensiles rouillés, vaisselle sale), four sale, lave vaisselle branlant. La cabine de douche avec champignons/moisissures et un tapis de bain laissé là probablement pour tous les occupants...Pas de volet dans les chambres, ni même un rideau occultant digne de ce nom (store non occultant ou tringle cassée avec rideau en piteux état: une honte). Parquet ultra grinçant, TV HS pendant le séjour, canapé en très mauvais état. Pour ce qui était du jardin, mal entretenu, terrasse sale et mobilier de jardin en partie cassé (table, transat) ou mal entretenu. Malheureusement la liste est encore longue

BONNE SITUATION

location bien située dans le centre de Cancale a 2 pas de la belle plage de Port Briac. Cuisine bien équipée. Belle pièce de vie spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Le nettoyage laisse un peu à désirer notamment les bouches d'aération ainsi que les extérieurs. La literie est très moyenne pour le prix demandé.

Manque de stores ou rideaux occultants

Maison bien située proche des commerces et du marché, 10 à 15 min à pieds du port de cancale. Très agréable à vivre seul bémol: le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de stores occultants dans les chambres étant donné le prix du logement.

Der Gesamteindruck ist sehr positiv; lediglich diese Geräte gehören ausgetauscht gegen neue: der Backofen war unhygienisch. Der Föhn klebt. Die Bratpfannen sollten ebenfalls durch neue ersetzt werden. ABER DAS SIND KLEINIGKEITEN. DAS HAUS SELBST IST SEHR SCHÖN UND BIETET EINE PERFEKTE AUSGANGSPOSITION FÜR AKTIVITÄTEN...WANDERN...FAHRRADTOUREN...AUSFLÜGE MIT DEM AUTO. AUCH DIE PARKPLATZSITUATION IST ENTSPANNT. Auf lange Sicht könnte es neue Sofas geben.
