LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
BALCONY AREA:
Stunning views can be enjoyed from the outdoor table and chairs on the balcony.

The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Rubbish chutes are located at the end of the floor and a larger rubbish area located on ground floor - left of building entry doors.
First Aid kit is in the bottom kitchen drawer, while the fire extinguisher is stored under the sink.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
NOTICE FROM STRATA: EV Charger Installation Work
The Installation of EV Charger will commence on Monday 14 April 2025 and will take up to 7 weeks to complete. Noisy works will be confined to between the hours of 8am and 12pm on weekdays. The noisy works are not expected to be continuous, with the works mainly involving drilling in the basement to affix cable trays throughout with various location movements throughout the days of work.
Noisy works are expected to occur on the following days:
16 – 28 April 2025 on B1
20 – 28 May 2025 on B2
Repairs by PDA along Marcus Clarke St:
PDA will be undertaking repairs to the paving along Marcus Clarke St during the dates noted above. PDA will be onsite from 7am until 4pm undertaking the works, however, Noisy works will only be conducted between 8am and 12pm.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
