"we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I'd rate the cleanliness 4/5. The location was convenient within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. there weren't many options available, so there's definitely room for improvement. The restaurant, however, was excellent. The menu offered a great selection of dishes, and the desserts and cocktails were great!"

"The Avenue is situated in a very central location to the centre of town and within 10 kms to the major attractions. The hotel staff are very helpful and the cleanliness is of a very high standard.
