"Can not fault anything about Jamala, the zoo itself is exceptional with the cleanliness, the atmosphere and most importantly the animals are cared for with love & respect. This was the 2nd time we stayed overnight and the whole experience was again exceptional with the staff, the food and the rooms all outstanding!"

Beds comfortable, pillows good, linen a bit rough and scratchy. Included breakfast great, could do with an option other than eggs or toast though. Will definitely stay here again. "
