"This is one of the best locations I have stayed at. Stefano's house is perfectly situated on the beautiful Lake Lugano set within huge gardens with access to the lake which was fantastic. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. The trip to the island was certainly worth doing and the restaurants and bars in Orta were great. We ate at Villa Crespi one day which is very close to the Villa less than a 5 minute walk! Hors pour y accéder il faut entrer chez la propriétaire et lui envoyer un message pour demander l’accès qui est impossible quand la propriétaire n’est pas là. En conséquence nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine comme nous le souhaitions "

"This was a great place to stay. My only quibbles are that the plastic cups used for the juices at breakfast were so flimsy they almost collapse in your hand (and seemed rather downmarket), a more varied selection of fruit would have been good, and some muesli."
