"We very much enjoyed our stay. We organised this very last minute and Illaria was swift in replying and very helpful indeed throughout our stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The village is sweet and the starting point for lovely walks. We ate in good restaurants nearby Orta which is beautiful. Even though we came late October early November the kids even jumped for a chilly dip in the pool. I would recommend a stay here "

"When I asked some Italian friends about the most beautiful lake in Italy, they all mentioned "il Lago d'Orta". We decided to spend a week near the lake and were not disappointed. We liked the ancient villages of Orta San Giulo and Pella, the hikes around Ameno and the stunning views from the top of the Mottarone mountain, as well as the restaurants with great food. "Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

"Appartamento prenotato per 4 ma utilizzabile solo da 2. Il divano letto era rotto, il proprietario era a conoscenza del problema ma non ha avvissato nessuno. L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa.
