"We stayed one night before flying out of Costa Rica. This is a new hotel with excellent customer service and a fantastic location. The area felt very safe and was pleasantly quiet. There are several restaurants within walking distance, adding convenience to our stay. The breakfast was good, and the free airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, making our departure stress-free. Overall, a 360-degree great experience — not a single complaint."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Property well maintained, rooms clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and very helpful. A very special thank you and honorable mention to our butler Justin. He went over and above his duties to ensure we were well taken care of and enjoyed our stay. Needed medical attention during our stay and it was A1. The doctor on call was professional, kind and caring to ensure that I was well enough to return home. Only things that may require improvement is hot water during the shower was rare in our unit and the main floor walkway at night can be very dark--maybe motion lights. Thanks for a nice vacation."
