"Stayed here with my daughter. We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the wait in the restaurant. We waited for a very long time to be served. Several staff members walked passed us and eventually the hostess took our order. The rest of of stay was fantastic"

"At first felt a little shabby but we ended up loving it. A rustic cottage cabin set between two mountain ranges. Great location near Banff. Comparatively inexpensive to all other hotels. Tried staying extra nights but they were sold out."

"The hot tub 5-minute duration is much too short. It should be 15-20 minutes as is our experience at home, or at least 10 minutes. What an annoyance to have to get out of the tub to reset the timer every time just as we are getting settled in and relaxed."

"No electricity from 8pm onwards for the whole town and no receptionist. No alternative thus everyone was not able to sleep and forced to check out early"
