"I strongly advise others to think twice before staying at this location. Do not reserve a room here—not now, not in the future. Based on my experience I had with a particular staff member named Avy, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take accountability and address this behavior before another customer has to go through the same ordeal. Further action will be taken on my behalf to ensure this matter is brought to the attention of the appropriate parties and handled...

"Staff was friendly. The room was bare minimum. Had a funky smell, almost like of ammonia. The Wi-Fi never worked. Asked the staff attending and he had no idea how to make it work. The room had no hangers to hang clothes. No iron or ironing board. Only available if asked. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Exhaust didn’t work properly and even afterkeeping on for a long time never defogged the bathroom mirror. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked. The chair to sit was all torn. No table...

All they kept saying was "Are you following the instructions?" There is no pool. The photos show there being a pool. The amenities say there is a pool. The hallways were filthy; they were not vacuumed. The rooms were clean however; dust...

"Truly one of the worst places we’ve been in. Shocked they charge the nightly rates they do for that this place was. Booked two nights and left an hour after checking in. They would only refund 1 night."
