The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I was able to explore the area easily and enjoy all that it had to offer. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need for a relaxing stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, from providing recommendations for things to do in the area to making sure that all of my needs were met.

I booked a superior room and according to the description it was supposed to be air conditioned. My room had no air conditioner. The rooms in the back of the street are very noise due to cars parking in the streets. Room 314 is right next to the housekeeping break room, they start talking at 7:30 am. By 8:00 the are in the hallways with their walkie-talkie on max. The hotel is very old but charming. Doors are not really sound proof. Had to sleep with my window open because the room was very hot. When asked for a room with air conditioner, front desk informed me that superior rooms have no air conditioner. Judge by yourself and see the description. Be aware. Also, house keeping don’t respect the “do not disturb “ sign. Check in is at 12:00 and they opened the door at 11:00 with the sign on the door.

EXCELENTE CUSTO BENEFÍCIO...

Excelente custo benefício, pois fica muito bem localizado, facilitando o passeio no centro do capivari, atendimento da recepção a camareiras maravilhoso, apesar do Hotel precisar de atualização e modernização o quarto é confortável e limpo, pretendo retornar e com certeza será a minha primeira opção para hospedagem.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, confortável, mas está desgastado, precisando de uma reforma. Nada que impeça o uso e o conforto, mas é possível notar o desgaste de alguns acabamentos. Fora isso, a estada foi muito boa, tudo funcionou bem, e a TV enorme e novinha no quarto foi uma boa surpresa.
