Desatualizado e impressão de que ficou fechado.
Hotel antigo, aquecedor a óleo insuficiente para uma noite de 5 C, roupa de cama antiga, chalé com cheiro de lugar fechado, muito simples e justificou o preço baixo que paguei na tarifa para uma passagem por Campos num feriado sem opções similares. Mas há a pretensão, equipe cordial, há piscina, mas necessita de reformas.

Pra ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito
Local desorganizados único funcionário no dia pra atender recepção e atender os hóspedes , troquei de quarto 3 vezes banheiro água gelada , local não muito limpo , liguei o chuveiro caiu uma aranha na minha cabeça , kkkkkkk tem que rir pra não chorar , aluguei um quarto triplo me deram um só com cama de casal aí reclamei me falaram vou ver se tem algum disponível , poxa eu reservei com antecedência ,,, aí me deram um chalé que não tinha água quente aí por final me deram outra suite ,

Decepção total
Começou pelo check in atrasado. Que começava as 15h, chegamos la as 16h e ainda não estava pronto nosso quarto. Chegando no quarto, uma grande decepção, nao tinha aquecedor, a tv era de 10 polegadas ou menos. O chuveiro quase nao caia agua, o vaso sanitario estava solto, banheiro todo molhado. Os frigobar tinham “acabado” e o secador estava queimado, pedi outro e mesmo assim veio outro queimado. O cafe da manhã é ok! Mas o que era pra ser uma noite romantica, foi um transtorno. Nao voltaria

Hotel regular que poderia ser excelente
A área do hotel é linda. O espaço é maravilhoso. O chalé em que fiquei precisa de manutenção. TV pequena, de tubo, sem controle. Banheiro antigo, com chuveiro elétrico (geralmente em lugares frios, o aquecimento é a gás). Pia do banheiro sem água quente (um desafio para lavar o rosto e escovar os dentes logo cedo). Em compensação, os funcionários são ótimos e o café da manhã é bacana. Com uma reforma, o hotel ficaria nota 10, sem dúvida.

Reservei o quarto em abril para viajar em junho e paguei À VISTA, e duas semanas depois recebo mensagem do hotel dizendo simplesmente que "não poderá me hospedar pois houve um problema no sistema e que já mandou e-mail para hoteis.com". Se eu não tivesse corrido atrás VÁRIAS VEZES, eu não teria viajado. Por sorte me retornaram dizendo que tinham conseguido um quarto. O hotel é legal, porém não recomendo ir em época muito fria pois não tem aquecedor.
