"Verry nice location. Especially the garden is really great during day and evenings."

"Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."

Our host Isabella was the best and helped with recommendations and the little things that set this property apart from others in the area. "Fabrizio's house is magnificent. Typical and surrounded by olive trees, it is also beautifully decorated down to the last detail and perfectly equipped. Our host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs whenever we asked, and at the same time very discreet. We arrived relatively late, but he had done some shopping for us so we could have dinner and had even set the table! Fabrizio also gave us invaluable advice on places to visit in Tuscany apart from the main sites that we naturally think...

"The property exudes charm. Although the view from the first floor is impressive, it's partially obstructed by trees. The pool, a significant asset, is generously sized. Regrettably, the kitchen fan was dysfunctional, making cooking an unpleasant task. We also faced issues with the fuses for the washing machine. Our check-in experience was hampered by a language barrier. The attendant spoke no English, and our attempts in German proved futile. Consequently, check-in became a comical mix of hand...

"Wir waren mit 14 Personen vom Enkel bis zur Oma in dem sehr schönen Haus in Nocchi. Für uns alle war, aufgrund der Hitze, der Pool ein Segen! Natürlich für die Kinder auch zum spielen.Wir haben Ausflüge ans Meer, in die appuanischen Alpen, nach Lucca, Pisa und Cararra gemacht. Auch Florenz und chinque Terre sind gut zu erreichen. Das Einzige was etwas nervig war, waren die Mücken... Wir haben ansonsten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!! PS:Ein paar scharfe Messer haben gefehlt!"

"The hotel was easy to find, staff are very friendly and helpful. Good swimming pool with sun beds. However, is next to the main road so the pool area is noisy. Good parking and close to the best shopping streets outside Milan. "
