"Sehr schönes Haus mit italienischem Ambiente und ein ganz toller Aussenbereich. Der Pool war richtig schön gross und sauber. Um den Pool ist es komplett umzäunt was den Aufenthalt mit Kindern oder auch Hunden vereinfacht Das einzige nicht so tolle waren die vielen Moskitos"

"Wunderschön gelegen, ruhig mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Haus und Umfeld wie auf der Plattform beschrieben. Wir haben eine erholsame Woche dort verbringen können. Rund um unseren Aufenthalt war alles sehr unkompliziert."

"La maison est conforme aux photos mais pourrait être plus confortable avec quelques aménagements . Ses plus grands atouts sont la terrasse sous les aracdes à l’abri du soleil et la piscine . Les "commodités" accessibles à pied sont assez restraintes et nous avons découvert que la moindre visite d’une ville demandait à minima 1h de route sur de petites routes de montagnes. Les plages mentionnées dans la description sont par exemple à 1h30 de voiture.Nous aurions aimé des informations touristiques sur les environs proches de la maison, et non un guide général concernant toute la région. Des informations plus précises sur le tri des déchets seraient également bienvenues."

"A beautiful house and place with a fantastic view over the landscape and mountains. Pool area really nice. Great rooms yet one mattress in Eastside bedroom needs to be replaced quite soon. Very helpful and informative hosts."

"The house and grounds are lovely, as is the surrounding area. The pool was wonderful, especially since we were there during a heatwave. There is no air conditioning, but there were fans, and opening the windows at night made it easy to sleep. It was an easy walk into the village of Pieve Fosciana which has bakeries, a grocer, a butcher, a gelateria, 2 bars and a nice restaurant. There are also several good supermarkets a short drive away, but it was nice to do local shopping in the village much of the time. The owner Flaviano is a lovely and generous person, as are his parents. He prepared a pizza night for us that was really a feast, with at least 5 different types of pizzas. He also brought us homemade prosecco, fresh baked bread and focaccia during the week. We were a family of 14 adults and 2 babies, so we were split into 4 apartments. Having a property divided into multiple apartments wasn’t ideal for us, but we made the compromise since we liked everything else about the place. There was limited space for all of us to hang out together indoors. Fortunately, outside there is a large covered dining table that we used, and other outside chairs. Also the main group kitchen is actually quite small for more than one or two people to prepare food, and has limited space to store food and other pantry products. But we made it work."
